Every year, the Four Corners Chapter of the American Petroleum Institute hosts the API Golf Tournament. This tournament raises funds that directly support the API Scholarship Fund. The scholarship is designed to help students in the San Juan Basin area pursue careers in the oil and gas industry. Walsh Engineering & Production and our partners were proud to participate again this year, cumulatively contributing $5,300. We appreciate all our client support which allow us to participate in such worthwhile causes.

This year, Walsh Engineering & Production proudly registered two teams and sponsored a drink hole booth. Our drink hole booth focused on promoting our services- permitting, well planning and engineering, drilling and completion operations, contract pumping, production operations, regulatory compliance, measurement services, equipment sales, oil and gas accounting, and land services. Our booth particularly focused this year on our measurement services and pig sales. We are proud of to offer these two new services with our acquisition of Jade Sales & Services in 2022. Our partners, Epic Energy and Optimum Compression Solutions, also participated in this year’s API Golf Tournament. Epic Energy participated by registering teams to participate in the tournament. Optimum Compression Solutions had a booth highlighting their low-cost compression packages.

Our team members participated as golfers, booth managers, and volunteers throughout the tournament weekend.

Walsh Engineering & Production was proud to participate in the 2023 API Golf Tournament, raising funds for local students to study for careers related to the oil and gas industry. Our drink hole booth and team participation were highlights of the event for us, and we look forward to participating again next year.
